Arrival at the hotel, located inside the ancient village of Brisighella, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, a medieval jewel that contains inside a maze of alleys including “the way of the donkeys” on top of the village, a beautiful fortress, the Clock Tower and the Sanctuary of Monticino. For you a pleasant moment of relaxation in the spa booked for you and the apericena with appetizers Romagna. Overnight stay.
Breakfast in hotel. Reach Ravenna, the enchantment of its splendid basilicas and its luminous mosaics that for over one thousand five hundred years have endured and unchanged. The visit will allow you to appreciate the evolution of taste and technique of mosaic decorations, artistic expressions that make Ravenna the capital of mosaics. This tradition is handed down in the shops of the city where the mosaicists know how to make with expert hands perfect copies of ancient decorations. Lunch in a tavern with the taste of the famous passatelli in chicken broth, a pleasure for the palate. In the afternoon you reach Terra del Sole, a small historic village conceived as a “fortress-city” a beautiful Renaissance citadel pleasantly surprises the visitor every time of the year. A few minutes, a cellar of excellence for a pleasant visit and wine tasting. Return to the hotel and overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel and reach Bertinoro, town that immediately shows its vocation for food and wine with the road of the harvest, a street of about 100 meters in which since 2001 are permanently exposed seven canvases, made by seven local painters, which represent the significant moments and the salient aspects of the life of the vineyard and wine. Walking through the city you can admire the Cathedral in Piazza della Libertà, the town hall with the civic tower and the fortress. Bertinoro is characterized by a landscape rich in vineyards, where the traditional Sangiovese wine is produced. Lunch in a tavern with the first of the tradition. End of services.
