1st Day: Arrival in Pesaro area and transfer to hotel.
2nd Day: Visit of Urbania, the ancient Casteldurante, town of Roman origins, located in the upper part of the Metauro valley. Visit of Urbino, Capital of the Renaissance at the heart of Montefeltro land. Learn the art of preparing the traditional dish “I passatelli” and take a walk in the narrow streets to discover the suggestive historic center.
3rd Day: Visit of Ravenna, a Unesco heritage city that enchants with its bright mosaics, transfer to Forlimpopoli to live the experience of creation of “piadina romagnola” a professional show cooking with a special tasting of piadina with many selectioned foods . Bertinoro “kitchen science and the art of eating well” tasting of local Sangiovese wine. Back to the hotel you will enjoy a show cooking of “tagliatelle romagnole” and a special party.
4th Day: Visit ofPesaro and the symbolic places of of Gioachino Rossini’s hometown, the archaeological site of via dell’abbondanza and the “Rossini Gourmet” experience, an exclusive experience matching taste and music, “guided by the voice and music of Rossini” you will be introduced in the world of his favourite foods. Visit of Montefabbri to admire the beautiful landscapes and excellent local products of this welcoming village. Learn the art of pizza, using your own hands you will prepare the dough and make your own pizza!
5th Day: The charm of Gradara Castle, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, famous for its medieval fortress among the best preserved in Italy. Tasting of “Mora Romagnola”, slow food presidium.
